Wallsend PCN hits all of its targets for 23/24

Wallsend PCN was the only PCN in North Tyneside to achieve all 5 of its Impact and Investment Fund targets for the 23/24 financial year. This is down to the hard work of everyone at Wallsend PCN, especially all staff at our 3 practices, and shows our commitment to provide the best care possible for everyone in Wallsend.
