Social Prescribing Community Garden

New for 2025! The social prescribing team are launching a new community garden space in our local Wallsend park this week. We have invited residents in the local area to join in. Our future hopes are that we will be able to regularly offer this space for gardening activities and offer a social space, to benefit the people in Wallsend.
