TyneHealth
TyneHealth is the North Tyneside GP Federation. They manage our Extended Access, help with HR and other services, and also allow the 4 North Tyneside PCNs work together effectively and efficiently.
Living Well North Tyneside
Living Well North Tyneside is a network of organisations and people that come together to benefit the residents of North Tyneside
North East and North Cumbria Integrated Care Board
Wallsend PCN is a member of North East and North Cumbria Integrated Care Board. We are in close contact with the ICB, who give direction on guidance from NHS England and distribute funding to the PCN and member practices
Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust
Northumbria Healthcare provide our First Contact Physiotherapists. They also provide us with our base, within Wallsend Health Centre
Family Gateway
Our Health and Wellbeing coach works from Howdon Family Gateway, to provide support to the young people and families of Wallsend
North East Ambulance Service
We work closely with NEAS, who provide staff for our Paramedic Home Visiting Service
Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust
CNTW assist with the employment and clinical supervision of our mental health nurses
Mindstars
We provide funding which allows Mindstars to provide mental health support to the children of Wallsend
Northumbria Police and Probation
We have close links with the police and probation services
